Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

Ellie Rose Naturals commitment is to our customers. We provide the highest quality products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts for 30 days of shipping date. If 30 days has gone by since the shipping date unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We can then offer a full refund plus taxes (less shipping and handling). If it's been opened we can offer an in store credit only.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

To return an item or request a store credit please contact our customer service at info@ellierosenaturals.com with you name, email address and phone number and the reason for the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for a refund or store credit to be issued after receiving the product.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
